Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Times OCEANIS GEAR ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7 to 15 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 10 to 20 business days
- 🌍 International: 15 to 30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and local customs procedures.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be required by local authorities upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. OCEANIS GEAR cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs related to customs procedures.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package in real time.
Quality Guarantee At OCEANIS GEAR, every product undergoes a quality check before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- A free replacement
To submit a claim, contact us at contact@oceanisgear.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:
- Your order number
- A continuous, uninterrupted video recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt
⚠️ Any claim submitted without a continuous unboxing video will not be eligible for processing. This requirement allows us to ensure a fair and efficient resolution for every customer.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, if your order has already been dispatched, please contact us at contact@oceanisgear.com with the subject line "CANCEL" and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Delivery Address If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@oceanisgear.com. Address corrections are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exceptional Delays Certain circumstances beyond our control — such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier disruptions — may cause additional delays. We will keep you informed as promptly as possible.
